Transformation of Islamic Religious Education Learning Model at State Elementary School 2 BELEGEN and State Elementary School 057202 Tanjung Jati during the Covid-19 Period

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the transformation of the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning model in elementary schools during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study design. The research location is SD Negeri 2 BELEGEN and the Integrated SD Negeri 057202 Tanjung Jati. The subjects of this study were PAI teachers and all students. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis used the Matthew B. Milles & Huberman model, including data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results showed that the transformation of the PAI learning model used at the SD Negeri 057202 Tanjung Jati during the Covid-19 pandemic was blended learning using social media such as Youtube and Whatsapp. PAI learning with the online mode is designed by the School using Whatsapp Groups. As for PAI learning offline, face-to-face meetings take turns in groups, and the schedule is arranged.
