Abstract

The purpose of this study is to establish Learning Evaluation Standards, which serve as standards for methods, procedures, and tools for assessing learner learning outcomes. BSNP's teacher evaluation standards include general standards, programming standards, application standards, and workmanship standards, in addition to standards for reporting and exploiting evaluation results. BSNP sets the basis and standards for each of these standards. Meanwhile, there are two main standards that must be considered when assessing student learning outcomes. These are the grade promotion determination standard and the graduation determination standard. Here, evaluation result analysis reports are given in two ways: general progress reports are given to anyone interested with the main target-parents, learners and the community around the school-and specific progress reports are given to parents and learners. This analysis of evaluation results can be very useful for both teachers and learners.
