Abstract

This study aims to (1) Analyze the strategy of Islamic religious education teachers using behavioristic learning methods at MI Al-Ikhlas Pratama Sei Mencirim, (2) Analyze developments in improving student morals using behavioristic learning methods at MI Al-Ikhlas Pratama Sei Mencirim, (3) Analyze the development of the digital era using behavioristic learning methods at MI Al-Ikhlas Pratama Sei Mencirim. The analysis method used in this study is a qualitative method, the number of informants in this study is 5 people. The analysis tool used uses interview and documentation tools that include the strategy of Islamic religious education teachers in overcoming students' moral challenges in the digital era using behavioristic learning methods. The results of the study show that the development of technology and information in the digital era using behavioristic learning methods is currently very impressive for students. The use of gadgets through the development of technology and information using behavioristic learning methods is very helpful in the teaching and learning process for teachers and students, in other words the gadgets they have can help them in completing several tasks given by teachers through several learning game applications. The solution from teachers at MI Al-Ikhlas Pratama Sei Mencirim is that if students exceed the limits of gadget use, they will be given a penalty in the form of a parental summons so that the teacher and parent can discuss the child's gadget use issues. And if students achieve the best grades in learning using the behaviorist method, the teacher will give them a reward such as an increase in the class's star score.
