Abstract

Learning evaluation is a fundamental component of the education system, measuring the achievement of learning objectives, the quality of the teaching and learning process, and the effectiveness of the learning strategies used by educators. Evaluation scores obtained by students are essentially raw data that have no meaning if not processed and interpreted systematically and scientifically. This article aims to comprehensively examine evaluation score processing and interpretation techniques by combining manual and digital approaches, and analyze evaluation results as a basis for educational decision-making. This study uses a library research method by analyzing educational evaluation textbooks, national and international scientific journals, and relevant academic publications. The results of the study indicate that appropriate evaluation data processing can increase the validity, reliability, and objectivity of assessments, while accurate score interpretation contributes to learning improvements, the determination of remedial and enrichment programs, and the continuous improvement of educational quality. The use of digital technology has been proven to increase the efficiency and accuracy of analysis, but still requires a strong conceptual understanding to avoid misinterpretation.
