STUDI KELAYAKAN BISNIS SEBAGAI STRATEGI PENGUATAN DAYA SAING UMKM LOKAL
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the role of business feasibility studies as a strategic instrument in strengthening the competitiveness of local Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). MSMEs face various challenges, including limited capital, weak managerial capabilities, and intense market competition. Using a qualitative descriptive approach supported by literature analysis and field findings, this research examines how feasibility studies—covering market, technical, legal, managerial, and financial aspects—contribute to better decision-making and sustainable business development. The results show that MSMEs implementing comprehensive feasibility studies tend to have stronger competitiveness, improved efficiency, and higher resilience in dynamic markets. Therefore, business feasibility studies are essential not only as preliminary assessments but also as long-term strategic tools for MSME development.
