PENGUASAAN FI‘IL MUḌĀRI‘ DALAM PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA ARAB PADA SISWI MADRASAH TSANAWIYAH
Abstract
This study examines the mastery of fi‘il muḍāri‘ in Arabic language learning among female students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah. Fi‘il muḍāri‘ plays a crucial role in Arabic grammar as it functions as a marker of present and future actions and undergoes syntactic changes based on grammatical context. This research aims to analyze students’ level of understanding, common difficulties, and factors influencing the mastery of fi‘il muḍāri‘. The study employs a qualitative descriptive approach using classroom observation, interviews, and document analysis. The findings reveal that students generally understand the basic form of fi‘il muḍāri‘, but experience difficulties in applying grammatical rules related to i‘rāb, particles (ḥurūf al-nawāṣib and al-jawāzim), and contextual usage. These difficulties are influenced by limited grammatical comprehension, teaching strategies, and insufficient practice. The study concludes that strengthening contextual learning and systematic grammar instruction is essential to improve students’ mastery of fi‘il muḍāri‘.
