PERENCANAAN DALAM PENYUSUNAN INSTRUMEN TES
Abstract
This study discusses the importance of planning in the preparation of test instruments as a fundamental component of educational evaluation. Proper planning ensures that test instruments are valid, reliable, and aligned with learning objectives. The purpose of this study is to analyze the concept, stages, and significance of planning in test instrument development. This research employs a qualitative approach using library research by reviewing books, journals, and relevant educational evaluation literature. The findings indicate that careful planning in test construction plays a crucial role in improving the quality of assessment, ensuring accurate measurement of learning outcomes, and supporting effective decision-making in education. Therefore, systematic planning is essential to produce high-quality test instruments.
