STUDI KELAYAKAN BISNIS PADA USAHA MIKRO KECIL MENENGAH (UMKM) SEBAGAI STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN USAHA
Abstract
This study examines the role of business feasibility studies as a strategic tool for the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The research focuses on analyzing feasibility aspects including market, technical, managerial, legal, environmental, and financial dimensions. A qualitative descriptive method is employed using secondary data derived from scientific journals, books, and official reports published within the last six years. The findings reveal that business feasibility studies significantly contribute to minimizing business risks, improving investment decisions, and enhancing the sustainability and competitiveness of MSMEs. Moreover, feasibility studies function not only as an initial evaluation tool but also as a continuous strategic framework for business development. Therefore, the implementation of business feasibility studies is crucial for MSMEs in facing dynamic market competition and achieving long-term growth.
